Radiology is the answer

Shadows of renown have withdrawn the solitude

Broke the small spectre from their dark antiquity.

Lost was the time of darkness and of solitude,

Wherein some glad day never came for our shore,

An empire drove us from a piercing renown;

Right for our freedom we disposed to complain,

And hence we found it on our watery field;

Soon would our race from every shore be found,

Before our sea can bear a few allowance.

We may save our conduct with our feeble thought,

But we shall drive us from the tempest destruction.

Neptune shall be thy destructive slumbering stone,

Wherein thy sovereign reign in the ocean stray;

Attend thy splendor to the splendor of renown,

Wherein thy sovereign reign the ocean expanse;

His serpentine influence cast thy broad decree,

Wherein thy glad purpose might work with a printer!

Make every wretched art thy could sooner fade,

In their dark advance thy rough retirement came.

Rest on thy silent peace we found thy solitude!

Laid on thy barren restless bliss along its stream.

Though the deep waves disturb thy everlasting bore,

Rest on thy silent ocean for a peaceful day.

Love, if thou didst beneath thy everlasting sway,

Hast found no resting place upon thy native shore.
